No calls, no follow-ups to the "escalation" of issues surrounding the deletion/restore of my site.
I reloaded Wordpress on my own, and will load my back-up files from a week ago tonight. Then, re-post my salvaged posts from the intervening week.
Again.
This weekend, the search for a new host begins in earnest. I already have a couple of recommendations, but I’m going to be careful and ask A LOT of questions up front before making the move.

I am sorry again, man. I use HostGator. I’ve never had any problems and they came highly recommended by the original designer who did my site.
