No people, those of you who continue to assert that Google’s penalties are deserved for manipulating search results need to grow up, quit drinking the kool-aid, get a clue - or whatever catch-phrase is in vogue today - just quit pointing to Google as some benevolent force on the Web, keeping it free from evil spammers. They are a multi-billion, multi-national FOR-PROFIT corporation bent on squashing competition in the same way Microsoft did 10 years ago. They aren’t protecting you, me, puppies, kitties, or Baby Jesus from paid reviews. Just their own revenues.
